4 lamb leg steaks, diced into chunks

1 tbsp natural yoghurt

1 tsp minced garlic

1 tbsp lemon juice

1/3 tsp paprika

1/3 tsp oregano

1/3 tsp cumin

1/3 tsp salt

1/3 tsp pepper

Olive oil spray

Skewer the Lamb:
While the potatoes are cooking, thread your marinated lamb chunks onto skewers (metal or wooden – just soak wooden ones beforehand). Take them out of the fridge and let them come to room temperature.

Add the Lamb Skewers:
At the 15-minute mark (with 15 mins of cook time left for the potatoes), open your second air fryer drawer and place the lamb kebabs inside. Cook at 180°C for 15 minutes, turning once halfway through.
